Who am I?
Finding a profile that holds deep tech expertise AND knows how to bring an executive committee along on the calls that matter — that’s rare. It’s what I’ve been doing for twenty years.
Concretely: advisory and interim management for executive teams — tech, product & data organization, product-led transformation, platformization, and interim CTO / CPO / CDO / CDIO. Where I believe I’m most useful is when a leadership team has to make real calls on its tech and digital — accelerating delivery, reshaping an organization, deciding where to invest — and needs someone who can hold execution and strategy in the same hand.
The topic that drives me right now: AI-driven transformation of jobs, practices and products, with measurable impact. Not AI as a slogan — AI as a way to put the user, productivity and value back at the center. That’s where a tech and product function actually reinvents itself, and where executive teams need someone who knows what they’re looking at.
Before that, I ran Bpifrance’s Digital Factory for three and a half years: a digital organization of several hundred people, multiple online banks, a dozen platforms, hundreds of thousands of customers served every day. We took a clear stance on delivery, platformization and product-led operations.
Before Bpifrance, CPO-CTO at Unify / TF1. In between, alternating phases of interim missions — Lunii, Grand Frais, MNT, Banque de France,... — and an entrepreneurial run as co-founder of Wellcut. And before all that, CTO in the press industry: Mediapart, Condé Nast, 20 Minutes.
On the side, I co-run Tech.Rocks, France’s community of tech leaders. That’s what keeps me close to what’s actually moving inside organizations that transform.
